Hi. I live in an area that is very rural. Traveling an hour or so to a support group location is not an option. Is there online support groups available?

    try the resources tab on this site. I also just googled and found many online groups.

    I have found this site very helpful. You can vent, ask about a specific problem you need help with, or just read and realize you’re not alone. Good luck.
