I know people come and go and life changes, but I can’t help missing @M1s comments. I’ve been a member for years. I mostly read and learned, rarely commenting until more recently. I looked forward to the almost daily responses to members postings. Funny how that happens. You form an attachment of sorts on this forum to people you have never met.

I feel the same. At the same time, M1 has some healing to do. She's been through the wars.

I also miss M1 comments, experience and ideas. There was a calming and sense of I can get thru this once I read his comments. Wishing peace and healing.

I too miss M1 and when I read his dear companion had passed away, I actually cried. I have been in stage 8 for a year and I come back here on this site to sometimes offer solace to those who are going through the traumas of being a caretaker of a loved one. M1 was always so supportive and I valued his imput. due to his compassion and also his expertise being an MD. I think it will be helpful for his physical and psychological well being to take time away from this forum in order to heal his spirit and and his mind and body.

I hope he know how much we appreciate him and also Mayor Ed who used to be on this site.
