Incontinence Underwear….Depends v/s Always
Not knowing of any other brand I got my LW to use Depends at the onset which was 7 months ago. I recently found out about Always. My question is which one is better or are they basically the same.

Lots of options out there. I use Depends on my DW for daytime use. I use Tranquility OverNIght at bedtime (they hold a LOT).

MY LO is incontinent 24/7. I also use the Tranquility Overnight but during the day hours and I use the Dry Direct brand from Parenting.com at nite.

My DH uses Abena for some time now.

Incontinence briefs are a bit like jeans. They're more or less the same, but you'll find differences in fit, design and absorbency. You may need to try a number of kinds to find your perfect fit.
Many folks use online resources like NorthshorePremium Extreme Absorbency Adult Diapers and Incontinence Products
or Parentgiving
Adult Diapers and Incontinence Products - Parentgiving
which have more options than you're local CVS. Plus, for a reasonable fee, they'll ship a sampler to styles to trial. Caveat, their shipping is really quick, but the trial packages don't ship as quickly as their regular orders for some reason so don't let that put you off.

We use NorthShore Go Supreme model #2104. They work well for my father who has issues with fecal incontinence.

Hi bwanasil,
For my dear wife, I use a 3-tier "system" for incontinence underwear. She wears the pull-up type as opposed to the type with tabs.
The first tier are for around the house or at the daycare. These are the lightest, and most comfortable for her to walk and move around in. Always Discreet Maximum.
The second tier are for when I know we are going on an outing, such as running errands or visiting friends. These hold a bit more material as well. Depends Night Defense.
The third tier are for sleeping. These are heaviest and can hold a lot of material. Tena ProSkin Overnight.
I find the tier system helpful to keep her most comfortable in all situations, and this also helps to manage the cost. That being said, do not cheap out on these products. Find products that work and spend the money. It is well worth it and minimizes accidents.
