Seroquel 50 mg stopped my husband’s hallucinations. 25 mg worked for awhile. He only had them occasionally with the meds. When his Dr increased med to 50mg, they stopped completely after a few months. That med also helped him sleep through the night. He takes 50 mg in the morning and 50mg at night. They have been a lifesaver. Sleep deprivation is the worst when we are the only caregiver for our spouse. Please talk to her Dr. You need your rest.

My wife was having intense delusions and medication has help. she still has them but she doesn't get as upset. I agree with jsps, talk to her doctor.
