Zoom or online chats

Is there place to go to be on a live support group chat or zoom call? The posts can be helpful it would be nice to talk to people in real time. I don't have the energy to go through all the posts. Thanks

I don’t know about live chats but I do know everything is exhausting and my emotional energy is depleted most of the time it only takes another decision to send me into exhaustion mode like our air conditioner deciding to leak water into the lounge room all over our new TV. It’s a constant what to do who to ask; problem solved this morning everyone’s shut for a week or more for Christmas so yahoo no decision can be made, I’ll have another cup of tea.

I’m part of a monthly Zoom meeting that is specifically for men that have wives that have EOAD. If there is anyone out there that fits this description, I can send you the information.
