Welcome, tabasum. Does your grandmother have a doctor you can talk to? Did she stop eating and walking suddenly? She may be in pain or have an infection like UTI. Is there a favorite food or sweet she will try?

    Welcome to the message board.

As was stated, does your grandmother have a doctor? If yes, they need to be contacted. If she does not have a doctor she needs to see one because of these problems.

Is she living alone? If yes that could be a problem for her safety. You say she is not able to eat - are you certain she doesn't have an issue with her teeth? It could hurt to eat. If your not eating you won't have energy to walk, nor would you want to. You have to get to the bottom of the why she's not eating immediately, IMO. Maybe her throat is sore and that's why she's not eating. The list goes on and on. Thus the reason for her to be seen have a doctor.

Do let us know how she's doing.
