Pill frustration

My PWD is on donepezil and mematine and has been doing really well with managing the doses in morning and at dinner. We set up a system that has worked with these as well as the other Rx meds she takes.
Then after some dental work the dentist Rx’d an antibiotic that is a different dosage schedule.
The amount of confusion this extra pill has caused…fortunately it’s only seven days. I just hope she can get back into the regular routine once this is done.

If only for seven days, it should be ok, just hand it to her when due to take it.
