CBD and Irregular Sleep Patterns

Good Morning from sunny SoCal.

Over the last couple of months my husbands has been getting up two or three times a night to "go to work" - which is actually sitting at the kitchen table with his newspapers and other misc stuff.

I've tried melatonin and really didn't get any good results. Has anyone tried using CBD or THC gummies to help regulate sleeps pattens. My husband is not on any other medication (I can't get him to the Dr. Any help there would be appreciated as well.)

Thanks

My son takes CBD gummies that help him sleep. You can tell him insurance requires a physical. Briefing the Dr ahead of time will help with the appt. Rick

does he have a primary care doctor? If so could you do a telehealth visit? If not try fibbing to him like Rick4407 said. Tell him that your insurance requires a physical. Make the appointment and don’t tell him about it. The day of the appointment don’t tell him where you’re going. Ask to talk to the doctor before the visit.

I gave my husband one CBD gummy in the morning and one at night. They seemed to keep him a bit calmer and he slept OK until he started having hallucinations. I asked his doctors and they said it was ok to give them to him

My DH uses Trazadone for sleep. It works well for him.
