Assistance with dressing

I have been laying out clothes for my husband each day for some time. Now he’s having trouble putting clothes on. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to help an adult put on a tshirt or sweater?

    The only sugggestion I have is I have my DH put his arms through sleeves first and work them up his arm to where I can then put the shirt/sweater over his head. It seems to work pretty well.
