    Thank you for posting this. I printed it out for future reference. I know Roger had a number of TIAs, both before and after his stroke, and he experienced some cognitive decline with each one. He had been experiencing TIAs for a couple of days before he had his stroke, but he was too stubborn to go to the emergency room.
