    We have been utilizing the Guide program for about a year. I think it depends on your state when it was launched. They have a lot of great resources and provide a stipend for respite. I have to using it for a care giver.

    My husband was already receiving in home services from a care agency. Once the program started in our state, the agency referred us. We were contacted by the home health care agency in our state that is administering the program. I have used the stipend to help pay for the in home care my DH receives. They also have support programs and the ability to talk to someone if you have having a specific issue. I have found it helpful. Hope that answers your question..

    I am aware of this but found few participating agencies in my area. I will look again.

    Not in Tucson though several sites in phoenix.
