    The body ended, the memories, love and spirit lives on - although written about flight - this poem comforts me ;

    Thank you all for your kind and supportive messages. I’ve learned so much here. I’ll be back, but in the meantime, I will be sending warm caring thoughts to each of you navigating this horrible disease while doing the best you can for your loved ones. Be kind to yourselves, hugs!!
