Urine smell in pants

Hi yall my bf (46 EOA) Has been fully incontinent for some time. He gets the bed nightly, is there a soap that gets rid of the light urine smell? It's not super bad but I notice it when getting his clothes out of the dryer.

I wash my DH soiled clothing with 1 cup of baking soda and 1 cup of vinegar along with the detergent pod. I never smell urine on his clothing. That recipe works pretty well for us.

I am also finding success with baking soda and vinegar along with detergent . I wash in cold water and then run a short cycle in hot water.

If the odor has been set by the heat of the dryer, it may be hard to eradicate at this point depending on the fiber content of the clothes.
