Overwhelmed

My husband recently diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's (63) and caring for aging parents. I am feeling very overwhelmed and sad and just all the feelings. I am really glad I found this group. I feel like I need somewhere to go to talk about what's happening and this seems like a safe place. I've already read some of the posts on here and it's so good to know I am not alone in feeling the way I do. Once I can wrap my head around what is happening I'm sure I'll have some questions.

Hi cjens - welcome to 'here', but sorry for the reason.

You are not alone. Continue to browse and ask… at some point, someone on the forum has been there, done that. Do make sure you take time for yourself amongst the caregiving.

If you are too overwhelmed at any time, there is also the 24-hour alz line: 1-800-272-3900. (and ask for a caregiver specialist)
