You found all those things here. Day-by- day is the best way to cope. Anxiety, eh? That's a tough one. I was prescribed Aricept, which keeps me in check. I'm on twice monthly infusions ol Lequembi ( just had my 13th). What AD medication are you on?

kz78forme katie im 71 2 plus years on the alz trail. am on anxiety medicine. i also have several different figit toys which keeps my hands busy and entertains the monkey brained always on alz type symptoms . i am also an artist so painting every day helps .also mairiguana gummy's work. they found in a john hopkins study that it helps with aka. got to run hope to see more from you………
