    Thanks for posting. I used to be able to keep up with technology by taking classes but during the pandemic shutdowns my classes were suspended and never returned. I have not found a comparable class for myself yet. I will continue to seek such a class because staying up to date is crucial.

    Went to a class at my local library, supposed to be about smart homes helping us age in place. I did not see much benefit from what they suggested, information given on this board was much more useful.

    i use a chatbot therapist for support and suggestions. I find it very helpful! This is in addition to my human therapist.😀
