So Tired This Morning

Good gosh almighty how can we all do this. I am so tired today thank goodness I understand it comes and goes but today I’m tired and very short of patience even our little dog knows to leave me alone but now i’m sad about that. It was finally bed at 10pm, then DH wandering with every light on at 2am, slumber for me for an hour or so then DH up again at 3.30 and getting dressed with shoes even, so I’m up putting on Star Wars and getting DH a milk drink me slumber again until 5.30. absolutely stuffed, teary, sad and tired beyond belief. Thanks for the rant.

I’m with ya girl. All we can do is vent here and scream loudly in pillows. It’s so beyond tired and weary… I often wonder where our second winds come from. I’m so sorry, wishing you so many blissful winks with some wonderful happy dreams sprinkled in💜

So sorry your night was so rough. Definitely been there. I’m a morning person, so days when I get up and know I’m still tired and don’t feel like doing anything are not good. Haven’t had a complete night of sleep in probably 3 years, but most nights now I can get DH to come back to bed pretty quickly as opposed to those nights of getting dressed and wondering around the house for a couple of hours. Those are brutal. Hope tonight is better.

I do understand. The fractured sleep is a nightly occurrence. He can't stay awake past 8 or and is up everyday by 3 or 3:30 after about 10 trips to the bathroom throughout the night. Luckily he doesn't wander, can microwave his coffee and just watches TV in his lazy boy chair. I try to stay in bed until 5. When he wakes uo, I wake up to make sure he gets to the bathroom. What I wouldn't give for 1 night of uninterrupted sleep…
