Seroquel vs Mirtazapine

I've been reading a lot on this forum about Seroquel. DH is on Mirtazapine, and I've wondered if Seroquel would be better. Has anyone here switched from Mirtazapine to Seroquel? When I asked our PCP about it, she said she could research it, but she also suggested that I ask the wonderful people here if they've had any experience with switching their PWD from Mirtazapine to Seroquel and their outcomes. Thanks
