help! getting out of bed and falling

My husband gets out of bed constantly at night and sometimes has a fall, recently was hospitilized but nothing broken. Have him back home and manageable during the day. But would like anyone who has or had the same problem and a good recommendation for which bed alarm or mat works the best. Many of them online, would appreciate the advice. His body is still working better than the mind is.

There are floor mats with a pager you can set to vibrate (no scary alarm). I have used these for DH successfully with the vibrating pager under my pillow to wake me as soon as his feet touch the floor.

There are a few on Amazon. The specific one I use “Smart Caregiver” isn’t available right now, but there are others.

there are also bed rails you can get which can be helpful.
