Mixed dementia

My dad has mixed dementia vascular and alzimers hes 95 I have carers coming in once a week to help me as I can’t deal with it alone sometimes I cry about it

    welcome. So sorry for the reason you are here. Caring for someone with dementia is mentally and physically exhausting. Glad you have help coming in. Can you increase the care to twice a week? Try to get some rest and take care of yourself. Come here often for info and support. We understand how you feel. Hugs. 💜
