Long term insurance

has anyone experienced this. I paid facility Oct Nov Dec. the insurance has 60 day elimination so December 15 would be 60 days hubby there and insurance kicks in. However facility messed me up because they didn’t get paperwork on time to insurance. I was now billed January and the amount is mind boggling. If paperwork was done on time insurance would be paying. Anyway facility is aware I’m waiting for insurance to pay as well as I need to be credited for last half December. I cannot wait until this is all settled and running smoothly. I’m just curious to know that I’m not the only one this happens too. Thx
