I have a friend, psychotherapist, Lia Avellino who is offering a virtual workshop, Caregiving for the Caregiver.

It's for anyone supporting others whether at home, at work, or in your community, definitely those with Alzehimer's. It's a 2-hour live workshop as an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and explore ways of offering care that feel more sustainable, grounded, and shared.

It's Friday, January 30, 11:00am–1:00pm ET on Zoom.
