Hi, I am a certified Practical Nurse who provides care for patients with Dementia/Alzhimer. My current patient is 96 years old and she has short term memory & Sundown Syndrome. She's not aggressive but stubborn at times and loves th eat snacks a lot.

Commonly Used Abbreviations

DH = Dear Husband
DW= Dear Wife, Darling Wife
LO = Loved One
ES = Early Stage
EO = Early Onset
FTD = Frontotemporal Dementia
VD = Vascular Dementia
MC = Memory Care
AL = Assisted Living
