donate adaptive clothing?

I have multiple sweatpants/t-shirt zip up the back clothing items from Buck and Buck. Where can I donate them to get them to someone else in need? They are such a specialty item I do not want to just drop off at Goodwill, but I may resort to that if I can't find other takers.

Any suggestions?

Does your area have any caregiver support groups? Or online groups like Freecycle or Trashnothing? Maybe reach out to local care facilities in case they have a resident that could use them.

What is your (general) location? Someone on this forum may want them

Our local hospital has a used DME shop where they give to those who can't afford such items. They also accept supplies like incontinence briefs and wipes. A place that this would accept adaptive clothing.
