On top of elder abuse/theft/etc. Issues involving my dad ex and friends I gotta handle...

Medical & Social Security are highly incompetent...

Facility issues...New medical problems, and my dad wants to go back to court to start all this all over again 🤦🏾‍♀️

Im exhausted!

    As much as you can, don't discuss any of these issues with your Dad, you're his conservator already .

    Did the 'gf' get to him is that why he wants to go to court? Ask your lawyer how to keep her and her friends away and have him/her write the home stressing no contact. Ask how to show you aren't isolating but protecting .

    If you have solid evidence of stolen funds , ask the lawyer how to get the police/APS to at least talk to her and friends- that may scare her off. One can hope.

    She still calls on phone. Yet, there is a protective order againdt her.

    Have you blocked her number? If that's not working try a setting that only allows incoming calls from trusted numbers.
