Lets start with the premise that in the future, this will be gone or under control. Lets work backward. How to we get there with current technology. My premise is neuroplasticity where the brain develops new pathways to think and remember. Next premise is slowing down or eliminating plaque accumulation. Huperzine A is supposed to do the former. Theres also prescription drug Zunveyl. Gamma light and sound therapy are supposed to activate brain immune system to do the latter.

I believe many diseases incl dementia will be cured in the future. Research scientists plus artificial intelligence will solve these issues. I believe my grandchildren (ages 11-19) will not have to worry about succumbing to dementia. Medical advances are occurring all the time. Example: My grandfather died from heart disease in 1955. A generation later in 1985 my father had heart bypass surgery and was able to live twenty more years.
