Dementia certified caregivers

Would becoming a certified dementia caregiver help me remotely manage my DO's care? I'm looking for more specific info on how to communicate with her and her anticipated caregivers.

I'd appreciate the groups input on whether a certified caregiver seems to be more knowledgeable than non-certified caregivers.
