Small Study at Cornell University

Hey Guys, if you are in the New York area there is a free new small study of 20 patients with early Alzheimer’s disease symptoms utilizing a monoclonal antibody that blocks ccr5 receptors called Leronlimab that theoretically decreases inflammation in the brain. This study will measure neuro inflammation pre and post treatment over just a few months. New moa being postulated by most experts is that Alzheimer’s is actually an inflammation disease. Leronlimab has been shown on HIV patients to pass the BBB at 70 percent of the serum level. In over a thousand HIV patients it was extremely safe with few side effects.
