Medicare does not. They do have a trial program called the GUIDE Program that offers some help. Also depending on the Stage of the patient, hospice provides some help. Here's the link to the GUIDE Program: https://www.cms.gov/priorities/innovation/innovation-models/guide

I live in California. I have Kaiser Medicare Advantage - NO does not cover "in-house" care.
