Need to help Mom Manage Stress and Give Support

My mom is the full time caregiver for my dad with Alzheimers. He been diagnosed with it for over a year. I have been trying to give Mom support. She wasn't ready to accept it. Now she is coming to me for help. We did a caregivers support group last night. I was able to call the Alzheimers hot line to give her resources. Mom is feeling guilty about wanting to take dad's car keys and credit card away. She has been venting to me about this for awhile. I feel frustration because I have been giving her solutions to this. I need help and support to help my mother better. I have been in therapy. I am learning to accept my father deteriorating slowly. Any help please.
