I see the link doesn’t work. Sorry, I’ve got Covid with brain fog - couldn’t figure out how to post it live

The article was about linking the use of growth hormone earlier in life, with subsequent development of AD later in life. The outcome of this double blind, placebo controlled study were statistically significant. Of course, it was retrospective, but now that the link has been determined; perhaps it will be studied prospectively.

This only one of the many variables that have been linked to the development of AD.

PS. Butterfly Wings made the link live below. Thanks BW!

Marta, you're welcome! Thanks for the article. Early onset (caused years after receiving an unrelated growth hormone) omg. I think I also saw some basic reminders in the article about sterilizing surgical equipment so as not to transfer something unknown that can devastate a person decades later. This kind of research is so important.

I also hope you feel better. I am watching the brain fog phenomenon with some of my friends who have long COVID, and wondering what we will learn about any similarities with dementia-like symptoms (confusion, memory issues, etc.). It seems like SO many people are impacted by this. Hoping we will have some breakthroughs on how to treat or cure these problems no matter what the cause is.
