Best.

Are you getting a full night's sleep? I am often up at least a couple of times a night with my DH and find that I feel very tired and sometimes "loopy" by mid-afternoon, sundowning time. It doesn't help that I sometimes stay up after changing his briefs (often to check in here). Such a trade off. At least he goes right back to sleep so I can have some "me" time. But I do pay the price with not being as focused as I'd like, some days.

I hope it gets better for you.

Definitely not getting enough sleep. Get woken up often. Sigh.
