Balance problems

I have a tendency to fall especially around the house usually in the bedroom , I usually trip on the bedspread. I have fallen twice since last November once I fell and hit my head on the night stand and cut my head and wound up in the ER. There no serious injury. Since the then I have been taking balance courses 2 times a week 45 minutes each and at least 15 minutes a day I do the same exercises a day and my wife says she can see a slight improvement in my gait.

This is an important strategy David, because falls can be causes of serious injury, as you have noted already. Keep up the good work! Also be sure you are wearing supportive shoes and that there is no clutter on the floor. Turn the lights on if you have to go to the bathroom during the night, so you can see where you are going. Get rid of glass that might cut you.
