Panicking in bed at night

I woke up in the middle of the night and I couldn't read the clock and my heart was racing and I just sat on the edge of the bed looking at the bedroom door and almost got up to go out side(if I had opened the door the alarm would've gone off) my wife said where are you going and I said I don't know and all this time I was panicking and I don't know why. My wife finally calm me down. I thanked my wife for being there for me. She said don't thank me I am here to help you through this disease.

I think sleep disturbances may be expected. I know I hollered out for my hubby ad I woke up and I don't know why. I just had this alone feeling.

I haven't done any hollering at night yet. Now last night I got up at 4a.m. thinking it was time to get up I had taken my shower brushed my teeth before I realized what I was doing and what time it was. This scared me and this wasn't the first time I had done this.

My NIGHTMARES are back big f______ time. Last night in my dream I was physically assaulted (I should say that they raped me) by 2 men and I woke up dripping wet and it was quite a while before I could stop shaking.

I’ve had similar experiences waking up and feeling like I have to get out of this place - whatever this place is - hotel, my bedroom

Try taking deep breaths when you feel panicked.

Good! Anxiety spells are common, might be part of the disease. You can get a handle on them!

I was getting ready to go to church when I had another feeling of the wall closing in on me. I stayed home (took some deep breaths) and to stop that feeling I did a load of laundry and that helped me

Amicalement.
