anosognosia. My DH thinks he is healthy and fine. Even though he is deep into stage 5. He is delusional, confused, sometimes hallucinates, can’t remember his 25 yr email address, wanders, can’t pick out clothes, repeats himself, pees on himself, doesn’t recognize people he has known for ever, picks at his arms, executive functioning and reasoning broken etc. to him, it’s the world and not him causing all of his problems. He is 75 and diagnosed 07.2023 with Alzheimer’s. He yelled at the doctor. Doctor got up and walked out. The end… much love and hugs to you.

Agnosia means not recognizing things and not "seeing" things that are right in front of the person.

My first thought was, "HELL! And I'm in it!" But, yes, as others have shared, it's "anosognosia".
