Welcome back David. Everyone's been so worried about you, and rightly so. I'm so sorry the fly hit you so hard. You'll have to slowly build your strength back up. You'll get there.

Eagle, Thank you for your concern. I was so sick that the doctor told my wife I did not survive the first night I would not survive in fact I felt so sick I just wanted to die the pain was so intense. I spent almost 3 weeks in the hospital. I have been back at the Veterans Home about 5 days I am feeling better my appetite is almost better but my legs are week ( I have a difficult time standing )and pt will work with me on that. I am currently using a wheelchair it helps me to move a lot easier.

Are we still on 201or what are we on?

Hello David, I'm so glad you're back home from the hospital! Influenza can be very dangerous. I hope you will recuperate soon, back to your old self.

I too was away from the boards due to a boating accident, but I'm back now.

    Iris
