Montelukast for AD

Has anyone's doctor mentioned Montelukast as treatment for AD. I have read some studies showing it has a positive effect on the inflammation reaction in the brain?

That is interesting!
Among all my health issues, I have Asthma. I was taken off Montelukast in December as the FDA added a black box warning that it has been found to CAUSE dementia.
