Adult day care

My father needs a break from continuous full time care giving of my mother. Any suggestions on where to find adult day care for at least one day a week. I believe she is late mid stage.

Welcome. You might check with your local commission on aging.

If you are in the United States and you type your parents’ ZIP code into this government search engine, you should get links to their local Area Agency on Aging:

In my community there are newsletters that you can find at senior centers or doctors' offices, maybe grocery stores, that list all kinds of resources.

Your Area Agency on Aging will know what's available in your community. You can also google "adult day care" and your town to find a list.
