Moving to a Care home.

My DW is being moved to a care home. She constantly screams at me. She has been in the hospital for 5 days now. Tomorrow she will be moved to a care home. Today I got her bed etc. moved to the care home. Tomorrow the hospital will move her to the care home. I'm so tired, drained and hurt. She spent most of the day hollowing at me and telling me what a horrible person I was because I'm abandoning her and then screams at me that she wants a divorce. How can you not be hurt by this. I'm sorry I'm exhausted and just need to go to sleep. thanks for letting me vent.

    I’m so sorry you have to go through this. The mental game dementia plays on our loved ones and in turn us caregivers is horrible, soul crushing, and heartbreaking.
