New Youtube Videos -Medications / Depression

I just watched a new youtube video "Ask Dr. Tam Questions with Tam Cummings PhD" from Jan 7 and she provides information for some of the "should I or shouldn't I" questions about continuing meds for dementia for anyone who is interested. It's a little over an hour. Linked below.

I also watched a short but interesting video on the role of depression in dementia. "Is Depression an Early Warning Sign" from I Care for your Brain with Dr. Sullivan. Linked below.

Sorry for the video overload ... I prefer cute puppy and kitty videos, but the algorithms have taken over my feed!

    Wow, these were great… After watching the second video about depression, it seems clear that being a caretaker puts us in line for dementia. We definitely need to prioritize our own health! It was a wakeup call.

    The Tam Cummings video was so insightful. I'm not at that point in the journey, yet, but I bookmarked that video to watch again when the time comes.
