Emotional Breakdown This Morning
I don’t know why I’m posting this, maybe just to acknowledge my emotions and share a positive.
I’ve had contractors working on our home and property for 2 weeks. This morning they needed materials out of our garage.
The garage is a train wreck. My husband’s son was going to help me clean it out but decided instead he’d take his father for a few days. Normally that’d be great, but then I have no help with that garage. 26 years of my husband’s accumulated junk, tools, 4 new toilets for cryin’ out loud!!
I broke down into sobbing tears in front of the workers, and apologized. 3 of them offered to come this weekend to help me. The company owner will bring his dump trailer and haul everything away.
My “Calvary” are not my family, they were strangers I hired for a different job. I am sitting outside, tears still streaming. Thankful for the kindness of these men.
maybe I remind them of their mothers 🤣. Anyway thanks for listening.

What kind, lovely people. What a true blessing when you needed one. Random acts of kindness mean so much to those who receive them. It's nice to be reminded there are many good, kind people out there. We hear so much negativity on the news and this disease tends to skew our view of things and shrink our world, it is nice to have good things happen to good people. What a nice blessing, enjoy the help and the time by yourself.
