who have lost their spouse from Alzheimer’s, it’s been 3 1/2 months for me. Have found it difficult to locate support groups specially for those who have lost their spouses. Thanks.

Have you checked with your local Hospice? Mine here has zoom and in-person grief groups. Not sure if it's focused on losing a spouse.

I'm only 2 months in and have just started looking for some myself.

They’ve been no help at all. There must be some zoom groups somewhere for individuals who have lost their spouses. Please help.

Look up the site Hilarity For Charity (HFC). It is a legitimate, foundation started by Seth Rogen (yes, That Seth Rogen, the actor and comedian) and his wife. With the loss of one of their parents to dementia they started this tax deductible foundation and it offers online Zoom grief support groups. I participate in one currently. You can find the info on their site and sign up for one when an opening is available. They are small groups of 12 with a therapist facilitator and there is one for those who have lost a spouse to some form of dementia. Here is the link to the home page:
