Just wanted to offer a couple resources I found afterwards. I wish resources for us were better promoted but if we all share what we find, it might help one person. The two I will mention are:

CareYaYa https://www.careyaya.org/about

I can personally vouch for HFC as I participate in one of their online groups. I have spent time on CareYaYa looking at all available there. Both are free, I am not affiliated with either, and hope others will offer up any resources known to benefit those dealing with this horrible disease. And, this site itself is a lifesaver and was and is for me but there cannot be too many resources given the magnitude of the difficulty we face.
