Just a quick note to caregivers about two resources which may offer you some help.

Hilarity For Charity, https://wearehfc.org/

Both offer free resources in forums, blogs and some home care support.

Just one more resource that is easy and you might find helpful. The founder of Careyaya does a Facebook post regularly where he offers bits of information that can be quite educational and helpful for us all. I am not a Facebook pro but he comes up with Neal K. Shah as the title of the posts. I listen to almost every one, even though I am no longer a caregiver for my departed DW. He does also speak to grieving at times.

Often the short videos address questions you are asking here and it is just one more resource to use.

There are many free resources on this site and if you sign up for their newsletter you get articles to your email. There is a subscription based selection also but I have not done that and cannot address it.
