Hot and Cold
My DH is in moderate stages and is constantly complaining about being too warm or cold….then when I adjust the room temperature slightly, an hour later he is the opposite. This has been going on for a few weeks now - is this a common symptom of the disease? He does not seem to have a fever or any other symptoms that would affect his body temperature.

I just looked it up. Apparently, it is common due to damage to the hypothalamus which is responsible for maintaining internal temperature. Could be an age thing, too. Babies and older adults have a more difficult time regulating body temperature.

Yes, it's very common. I'm still going through it with my DW. I'm lucky if the thermostat can be at a set temperature for more than 10 minutes. I'm always chasing her hot then cold feelings.
