    My wife has been taking the Lion's Mane for almost a year now based on her Dr recommendation. It is hard to gauge if is helping as it will NOT be a game changer anyway. With all the other drugs she is taking plus the Kisunla cannot tell, but we try anything that has ahope for improvement. Another one that her Dr recommended is Lithuim that she is taking
