Can anyone share what their Medicare provider covers for in home care and memory care assisted living

    Medicare covers medical, rather than custodial, care except after a qualifying hospitalization for rehab/recovery.

    Institutional Medicaid covers residential stays in a SNF and MC in some, but not all states. Some states do have some limited Medicaid-funded in-home care intended to keep PWD out of residential facilities.

    A certified elder law attorney is the best option for how things work in your state.
