Searching for Korean speaking caregivers in San Antonio

Are there PAS/Caregiver/Attendant in San Antonio who is fluent in Korean to assist my 82-year-old mother on an hourly basis at her home in San Antonio (78239). There are larger Korean communities in Dallas, Houston, and Austin that I am aware of, but moving there is not an option. My mother has progressive dementia and requires companionship and daily oversight to remain safe. She is in good health and fully mobile; however, she has macular degeneration, which significantly impacts her vision. She enjoys gardening and lives with four cats, so any caregiver must be comfortable with pets.
