To my knowledge there is no such medication. Urinary incontinence, and later bowel, is typical of late-stage dementia. If she is home with you or a 1:1 caregiver, you might be able to reduce accidents by instituting a toileting schedule. Most folks fine every 2 hours about right.

This is a sign it's time to wrap bedding in a six-sided waterproof mattress protector, consider getting furniture covers like those throws to protect against pets and replace her regular underwear with disposable incontinence briefs. It's best to remove the latter and replace with the fancier brands of "pretty" briefs.

When my LO started urinary frequency we consulted a urologist. He said almost all the urinary incontinence drugs increased the symptoms of Alzheimer's. We tried the only one he recommended and in three days my LOs anxiety was off the charts, and at best she only got an extra hour of sleep at night before she had to get up. I absolutely wished we had never tried it, it took a week and a half after we stopped the med for anxiety levels to be back to normal. If your LO is on a low salt diet you can check with doc about sodium levels, sometimes that will help a little.

As HB says, this is unfortunately a part of dementia.
