Research , looks positive

Thank you for sharing. I feel like we see these stories every few years, that make it sound like we're on the dawn of new research or the cusp of figuring out a cure and then you never hear about it again. But I still can't get enough of these articles - they still give me hope. Some day they are going to solve it. It seems like the pieces slowly fall into place. I pray the breakthrough comes during my lifetime. The idea of being able to simply delay it seems both realistic and amazing. My mom was most afflicted in life changing ways from age 60 until her death at 74. Delaying that by 10 years would have been immeasurably beneficial, she would have had her golden years, retirement, and grandchildren to enjoy. I can't imagine.

I wonder how long until we hear of people in this online community in a clinical trial for the PharmatrophiX drug mentioned. Sounds like it might be in the next few years. I wonder if they have good potential to secure funding for the trial. I look forward to hearing about it.
